Bi-Monthly subscriptions are delivered to your home or office during the set scheduled 8 week period. If you live in an apertment please be sure someone is home or plan to have delivered to your work place:) 

Local customers with a monthly subscription plan (or who spend $100+) can enjoy free door-to-door delivery. Please check our delivery map to see if you live within our delivery zone. Currently, we delivery to homes and businesses in Campbell River, Comox Valley, Nanaimo, Parksville, and Qualicum Beach. Watch for locations on the mainland!

We can can ship orders in Canada. Orders must be over $200 and we only sell concentrates (we do not want to ship water – this is not carbon friendly) 

Local Delivery: For local delivery, we have a set schedule and will let you know. Typically, any Canada-wide order will leave our hands 48 hours after processing (normally the next business day). Delivery times with Canada Post depend on where you’re located in this big, beautiful country of ours, but you can expect your order to arrive within their general delivery standards:

3 business days for delivery within British Columbia.

4 business days for nation-wide delivery.

You should always get an email letting you know when your box has shipped. It will include a Canada Post tracking number so you can follow it’s journey to your door.

Keep in mind that unforeseen things happen. So, if we experience any unexpected packing or shipping delays, we’ll let you know right away!

All you need to do is alert us by email 3 days before your next delivery/shipment date. That way we can make the necessary changes to keep you happy.

No problem. You can cancel anytime, but we need three days to process the changes to your account and avoid shipping/delivering products you no longer want. 

Subscription boxes are shipped every eight weeks. Your first order includes product in their forever containers, and each subsequent order includes product in refillable pouches. That way, you can refill your clearly labeled containers when it suits you.

Our goal is to make sure you don’t run out of your favourite products. That said, we know every family is unique and we’re more than happy to swap out excess products when needed. You just need to let us know. But don’t worry, we’ll send out an email reminder one week before each shipment date.

Each Infinity Refill Eco-Home Box includes home and body products in their original containers. Keep them at your house and refill whenever you need a top up. We offer a six-week refill cycle, but are more than happy to work with your household needs as we get to know you better.

If you prefer to use your own containers, that’s totally do-able! Submit your first order and make a note on the order that you have containers already. We will submit a new invoice based on your request. Just keep in mind – the purpose of having original containers is so that we are following labeling guidelines. Home and body products have ingredients, including natural ones that can be harmful to ingest, harmful to pets, and may cause allergic reactions for some folks and our original containers have ingredients labels. Therefore, we believe having the original containers is always the best option. With that said, you may already have the brands we carry and there is no need to make another container!

Our refillable pouches are made from recyclable plastic and designed to be reused over and over and over again. Every refill means one less single-use plastic container created, used once, and thrown away. We do not do delivery with mason jars because they are breakable and heavy, which makes transporting difficult.
